Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large peeled cucumber
    2 c. vegetable stock
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    salt, pepper and chives
Preparation
    Dice cucumber.
    Place all ingredients into blender.
    Blend until smooth. Store in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
