Rhubarb 'N Dumplings (Caramel)(Microwave Quick) - cooking recipe

3/4 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 c. sliced rhubarb
1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. white sugar
3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. white sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole, combine 1 1/4 cups water, brown sugar, first 1/4 cup white sugar, cornstarch and 3 tablespoons butter.
Add the sliced rhubarb.
Microcook uncovered on 100% power (High) for 7 to 9 minutes or until mixture is thickened and bubbly, stirring after every minute.
Cover casserole to keep warm.
