Different Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c sifted flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c shortening (part lard)
1 egg
1 Tbsp vinegar
1/2 c cold water
Preparation

Blend flour, sugar, and salt.
Cut in shortening.
Beat egg, blend in vinegar, add cold water.
Sprinkle this over flour and shortening mixture, a tablespoon at a time.
Toss with fork to mix.
Roll on floured surface.
Bake at 400 degrees.
