Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small chicken
1 regular size box Stove Top stuffing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 small jar pimentos
Preparation

Cook chicken by boiling.
When done, cut into pieces and put in casserole dish.
Prepare stuffing mix as directed.
When done, add rice to it and put it all in the casserole dish with chicken. Add pimentos; mix.
Pour mushroom soup over and mix a little.
Put cover on and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
