Orzo Salad(Rice Shaped Pasta) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked orzo
    1 (7 oz.) jar sundried tomatoes in olive oil
    1/2 c. chopped red (sweet) pepper
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package.
    Omit any salt, drain the tomatoes and reserve 1 teaspoon of the oil.
    Chop 2 tablespoons tomatoes.
    Save the rest for another use.
    Combine orzo, tomatoes, red pepper, green onions, parsley and olives; toss lightly.
