Fresh Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches broccoli (uncooked)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 small bottle green stuffed olives, sliced
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Use the washed broccoli flowerets and the stems, peeled.
    Mix all ingredients and toss lightly.
    Keep refrigerated until serving time.
