Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash, drained
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. chopped, seasoned croutons or cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Cook squash; drain.
    Mix all other ingredients together. Spoon into lightly greased casserole.
    Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
