Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    5 egg yolks (save whites)
    2 c. flour (plain)
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 small can coconut
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat together all ingredients, except egg whites.
    Beat whites until stiff
    and
    mix in batter.
    Makes 3 layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm to touch.
