Pecan Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick soft oleo
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sifted flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    2 tsp. melted butter
    pecan pieces
Preparation
    Mix stick of oleo, cream cheese and flour well.
    Form into 24 balls about size of walnut.
    Press into 24 small tart tins.
    Fill with the following: chopped pecans pieces (3 to 4 pieces in each section).
    In separate bowl, mix 2 eggs (beaten), brown sugar, vanilla, pinch of salt and melted butter.
    Pour over nut pieces to 1/4-inch from top.
    Place broken nut pieces on top of each tart. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool before removing from pan.
    These are great to freeze also.
