Snapper In Green Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. snapper fillet
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 small onions, thinly sliced
    4 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 limes
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 head Boston lettuce
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    18 green olives
    1 (8 oz.) can sweet peas
Preparation
    Mash garlic, parsley, flour and oregano in a food processor. Add the oil, water and vinegar little by little and process. Season fish with salt, black pepper and lime juice. Place some of the green sauce on a baking dish with some of the fish on top. Pour lime juice over the fish.
    Continue adding layers of sauce, fish and lime juice.
    End with fish on top.
