Ingredients

4 eggs (save 2 whites)
2 c. cooked, dried peaches
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mash and sweeten peaches with 3/4 cup sugar.
Spread peaches into unbaked pie shell.
Beat milk, eggs and remaining sugar; pour over peaches.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until custard is set and lightly browned.
