Peach Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sliced peaches
4 slices stale bread
1/3 c. (heaping) dry milk powder
4 Tbsp. margarine
5 eggs
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Grease a 2-quart baking dish with margarine.
Cut up peaches and save juice.
Reconstitute milk powder with juice drained from peaches.
Mix all ingredients and pour into baking dish.
Dot with margarine.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 10 minutes; lower heat to 350\u00b0 and bake about 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
