Crock Pot Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole Boston Butt, cut in 1 inch squares
    1/3 cup vinegar
    1 medium onion, cut small
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 bottle Maurice's barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except sauce in crock pot and add water until meat is covered.
    Cook on high until meat falls apart when stirred with a fork.
    Drain water and add barbecue sauce. Stir and simmer on low for 1 hour.
