Maple Pecan Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. flour, sifted with 1/2 tsp. soda
    6 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg yolks, one at a time.
    Add flavoring.
    Add flour alternately with sour cream.
    Blend in pecans that have been dusted with flour.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
