Tofu Taegu Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch watercress, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 pkg. bean sprouts
    1 red onion, sliced thin
    1 block tofu, cubed
    2 to 3 tomatoes, diced
    6 oz. takuwan, thinly sliced
    8 oz. taegu
    2/3 c. green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. shoyu
    2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
Preparation
    Wash vegetables and cut into 1-inch length pieces.
    Cut tofu and tomatoes into small cubes.
    Slice takuwan into strips.
    Layer ingredients, beginning with watercress and ending with green onions.
