Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
4 to 5 egg yolks
2/3 c. flour
1 qt. milk
pinch of salt
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and cocoa.
Add milk, egg yolks and salt. Cook in double boiler until thick.
Pour into baked pie crust and top with meringue, making sure to spread to edge of inside of crust.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until peaks are brown.
