Healthy Granola - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. corn or canola oil
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1/4 c. sunflower seeds, shelled
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. date pieces or dried apricots, chopped
Preparation

Great on other cereals, over ice cream or yogurt, as a trail snack or just for snacking on its own.
