Appetizing Stuffed Caps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. large fresh (moonlight) mushrooms
    1/4 lb. thin sliced ham
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 c. Parmesan
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Pull stems from mushrooms.
    Wash and set caps aside.
    Chop stems, ham and onions fine.
    Saute in oleo.
    Stuff caps with sauteed items, sprinkle with Parmesan and Swiss.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Serve hot or room temperature.
