Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 yellow squash
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread stuffing
Preparation
    Steam squash until tender with onions and butter.
    When tender, mash and add rest of ingredients.
    Mix together; season with salt and pepper.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
