Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie crust
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. Crisco shortening
    1 1/4 c. molasses
    1 egg
    3/4 c. hot water
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, shortening and flour into crumbs.
    Take out 1/2 cup of crumbs for the top.
    Take 1 tablespoon crumbs and spread on bottom of pie crust.
    To remaining crumbs, add molasses, egg, hot water and baking soda.
    When mixture is all mixed together, pour into pie crust and sprinkle the 1/2 cup crumbs on top and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes; then bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
