Microwave Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. hot water
    4 or 5 uncooked lasagna noodles, trimmed to fit 12 x 7-inch baking dish
    2 c. Ricotta cheese, drained
    3 c. (12 oz.) shredded cheese (Mozzarella)
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    chopped, fresh parsley
Preparation
    Place beef in a 2-quart micro-proof casserole.
    Cover with casserole lid and cook on High 5 minutes, stirring once during cooking time.
    Pour off fat.
    Add spaghetti sauce and water; mix well.
    Spread 1/3 of the meat sauce in a 12 x 7 x 2-inch micro-proof dish.
    Arrange half of the uncooked noodles over sauce.
    Spread with half the Ricotta.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup Mozzarella.
    Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Double wrap tightly with plastic wrap.
    Cook on High for 20 minutes.
    Cook at 50% power for 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella.
    Cook on High 2 1/2 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Sprinkle with parsley and serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
    Serves 6.
