Egg Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 1/2 egg shells water
2 c. flour
Preparation

Beat eggs and egg shell water together.
Add flour slowly to a stiff dough.
Size of eggs may require more or less flour.
Roll very thin and let set an hour or so.
Sprinkle with flour.
Roll tightly and slice into thin slices. Unroll slices and cut into desired size.
Cook in hot broth, adding a small amount at a time. After all are in the broth, lower heat to a simmer.
Cover and continue cooking until done.
Will take 1 to 1 1/2-quarts of broth for this amount of noodles.
