Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and salted
    1/2 stick oleo, diced
    1 small onion, chopped or flaked
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded or 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs, well beaten until frothy
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased large casserole.
    Top with crushed Ritz crackers or crushed onion rings. Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Put foil over top until almost done so crackers will not get too brown.
