Bisquick Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. baking powder
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
    4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, dry milk and salt.
    Cut in 1 3/4 cups shortening until mixture resembles coarse corn meal. Store in airtight container.
    Needs no refrigeration if using vegetable shortening.
