Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apples
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. oleo

Preparation

Beat the oil, sugar and vanilla; add the next 5 ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
