Cheese Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Cream the butter and cheese together.
    Add salt and pepper. Stir in flour; mix well.
    Roll into marble size balls.
    Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 10 minutes. Be careful not to brown.
    These taste best at room temperature.
