Texas Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 large fryer or hen, boiled, boned and cut into bite-size pieces
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    garlic salt to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Place layers of tortillas, torn and soaked in chicken broth on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Add, in layers, the green pepper, cheese, chicken and garlic salt.
    Mix soups and pour over layers.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
