Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated raw zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Combine oil, eggs, sugar, zucchini and vanilla in large bowl. Blend well.
    Sift together dry ingredients and add to mixture. Stir in nuts.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Bake in loaf pans.
