Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cooked chicken breasts, chopped into bite-sized pieces
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Mix soup, sour cream and milk.
    Mix with chopped chicken.
    Can double for 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Combine butter and crackers. Spread over chicken mixture.
    Sprinkle poppy seed over mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
