French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 oz. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs with fork; stir in sugar, melted butter, lemon juice, vanilla and coconut.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
