Fruit Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. pineapple juice
    2 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Combine sugar
    and
    flour.
    Add juice and cook over low heat until
    mixture
    thickens.
    Add
    butter
    and egg yolks and cook 3 minutes.
    Chill
    at
    least 2 hours before serving.\tTo serve, pour over diced apples, mandarin oranges, pineapple and bananas.
