Shirley'S Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 apples (Granny Smith)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except the butter. Pour into dish (that has a cover) and dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 in a buttered and covered dish for 1 hour.
