Chicken And Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    1 c. white wine
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. instant minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 c. peanuts
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces and place in a 3-quart round casserole.
    Combine wine, soy sauce, cornstarch, water, ginger and garlic and pour over chicken.
    Cover and microwave on High for 5 minutes.
    Stir.
    Add green pepper and microwave, covered, on High for 5 more minutes.
    Stir in peanuts and let stand 3 to 4 minutes.
