Lemon Refrigerator Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small angel food cake
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 scant c. sugar
juice of 1 lemon (add orange juice to make 1 c.)
2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Mix Jell-O, water, sugar and juice.
When syrupy from chilling, add whipped cream, folding until smooth.
Fold in angel food cake (pieces no bigger than 50 cent pieces).
Chill.
Can be made on the same day served, or the day before and let set up in refrigerator.
Should be fluffy.
