Lemon Jack Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (save juice)
3 large bananas
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 c. (or more as desired) Jack cheese, grated
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O according to package.
Add drained pineapple, bananas (sliced) and marshmallows.
Set until firm in 9 x 13-inch pan.
