Apples With Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cooking apples (Roman Beauty or Winesap)
    4 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3/4 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Peel, core and quarter the apples.
    Place in a baking dish. Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with sugar and pour cream over all. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until soft.
    Serve warm. This is a good brunch dish or easy dessert.
