Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. (approximately) sausage
    1/2 lb. (approximately) ground beef
    1/8 tsp. garlic
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
    1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
    lasagna noodles (approximately 16 oz. pkg.)
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. (24 oz.) cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    dash of black pepper
    1 large pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat, drain and add garlic, oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt; simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
    Stir in spaghetti sauce and paste.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, 10 to 15 minutes.
    Boil noodles for 5 minutes.
    Drain and chill in cold water.
    Mix eggs, cottage cheese, parsley and pepper.
    Blend well.
