Squash-Peach Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sliced unpeeled zucchini or yellow crookneck squash
salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. sliced fresh peaches
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Salt squash lightly.
In a greased 2-quart baking dish, arrange squash and peaches in alternate layers.
Sprinkle top with brown sugar; dot with butter.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until squash is tender.
Yields 4 servings.
