Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 box cream of coconut instant pudding mix
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Pour cake mix into large bowl. Add pudding mix, eggs, oil and water. Beat with electric mixer for 4 minutes. Pour into two 9-inch layer pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Frost with icing. Cover generously with coconut.
