Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar and oil. Add egg, buttermilk, vanilla and rhubarb. Add dry ingredients and nuts. Divide batter equally between 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
