Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
2/3 c. melted butter
1 c. frozen coconut
1 c. nuts (pecans are best!)
1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients and 1/3 cup butter in bowl, mixing well. Spoon into 2-quart casserole.
Mix remaining ingredients and remaining 1/3 cup butter together in bowl.
Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, or until browned.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
