Ingredients

8 large potatoes
1/2 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. herb and pepper (optional)
Preparation

Peel potatoes and cut into 1/-8 inch wedges lengthwise.
Set aside.
Mix together oil and the rest of the ingredients.
Add the potatoes and coat well.
Place in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
