Buffet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes for 45 minutes.
    Mix all ingredients together. Put in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
