Beef 'N Bean Barbecue Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce (or catsup)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can Velveeta cheese spread (refrigerated)
    buttermilk or country-style biscuits (or homemade)
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add beans, sauce, onion and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Stir in 1/4 pound process cheese spread cubes.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Place biscuits on top of casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
