Salmon Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
dash of pepper
1 lb. can salmon, flaked
2 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation
-
Make white sauce of butter, flour and milk.
Slowly add small amount of sauce to eggs and stir into remaining sauce.
Add next four ingredients to mixture.
Fold egg whites into mixture.
Bake in casserole or individual baking dishes at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
