Green Beans And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. green beans
    salt to taste
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    freshly ground pepper
    2 tsp. red wine vinegar
    12 thin sliced red onion rings
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Cook whole beans in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
    Drain and run cold water over.
    Put parsley, vinegar and mustard in bowl.
    Add olive oil, salt and pepper, stirring rapidly with whisk.
    Put beans in serving dish; garnish with onion rings. Spoon sauce over; toss lightly.
