Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small button mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. minced onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. brandy
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms and drain well.
    Heat oil in skillet; saute onions 3 minutes.
    Add mushrooms; saute 2 minutes.
    Stir in salt, pepper and lemon juice.
    Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes. Stir in brandy.
    Chill 3 hours.
    Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
