Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
3 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Cut shortening in and add buttermilk and yeast dissolved in warm water.
Work dough on floured board until smooth.
Refrigerate in greased bowl until ready for use.
Roll out dough and cut into biscuits.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
