Wheat Yogurt Muffins(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    3/4 c. Kretachemer wheat germ
    3 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 oz. plain yogurt
    6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine flour, wheat germ, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt in large bowl.
    Add yogurt, butter, egg and raisins.
    Stir just to moisten.
    Fill paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen.
    Calories 125 each.
