Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cocoa 3 times.
Combine milk, vanilla and margarine.
Add to dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
Stir in chopped walnuts. Spread in a buttered 6-cup casserole.
